I was only able to do a short portion of the sanctuary. MY understanding is there is a much longer driving route that is great. I would suggest that you call the visitors center to ask that question. THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Prime hook in it's entirety should not be missed. Nor Bombay hook.
