Hi Courtney. When we were there we didn't see any children except for a toddler with his mum. You don't actually go into the main part of their village, more a display section for tourists. However, when we were in Tanna, we took some stationary to a local school which they really appreciated. So that might be a good idea if you are touring somewhere outside Port Vila.
