You will be in the shade the whole time. You really don't exert yourself that much. It's not hard work doing the course. You will be energized, though, so if you get hot when you're a bit nervous, figure that into your clothing selection. There is some stretching, crawling and climbing, so something loose. You will wear a seat harness the whole time that might dig into spots. Heavier-weight shorts/pants will help.
Yes, My husband, kids and I Would LOVE to give this a TRY ?? How long does it take to Go through the Whole Course ?? And a 12 Year Old Can do this with US Right???? And -2 and UP to 10 Years Old have to do the KIDDIE Course !!! I Believe is What That Said on the Show,and I Would like to know how Much it is for EACH Person to Get in & if there is a Place on-Site where U could Spend the Night if U didn't want to Drive Home ??
