If you're not a large group, no advance reservation is needed; you need only show up and they will put you in the next available tour. As to times of tours, as I recall there are no scheduled times per se; the tour starts when you show up and there are enough other tourists to join, which isn't an issue because it's a popular venue. The best thing to do is to check on Frogmore's website, which is easily found on Google.
