The old fort has a number of information boards, good views and is an interesting place to spend 20 minutes if you are in Fort William. Only a short walk from the bus/rail station. Full review by railway_chap

Not much of the Fort remains but there are some cannons. Good information board showing what it used to look like and explaining the history. Go through the arch and follow the path round to the benc… Full review by Sam N

Just a ruin, some of the fort walls are left and easy to miss. Very good sign boards highlighting the terrible destruction of the Fort. Full review by Hornedbear
