Do I need to make a reservation for the cave tour in advance? I read in one place that no reservations are necessary for groups under 10 people but there is also an area on the website to make your reservations that says only 1 spot is left for the tour we would like. I have tried to call the phone number multiple times and it doesn’t seem to be working. I’m afraid to just show up and then have the tour be full!

I saw someone using a stroller as we were leaving. I wouldn't recommend it. The paths are somewhat slippery and there are some steep ramps, both up and down. There are rails to hold. I wouldn't hand carry, perhaps strapped on your front or back. There are low spots to duck, that might be an issue. I'm sorry that I can't say yes or no, just let you know what the path is like.
