There’s not much coverage but you can jumó inside where the gift shop is if it starts to really pour

We walked from our Hampton Inn Convention Center Hotel. I wasn’t paying attention to parking in the area. Sorry, I don’t think I can help with that question. Iy was worth seeing though!

I doubt they will let you. The place was TERRIFIC - inspirational and amazing. But the staff were stand-offish and really cranky.
