Is there a path from the site down towards the Gannel River as well as towards Crantock Beach? is it well sign posted? Also, how long a walk is it?

Yes there is, it is not that well sign posted but you can kind of work it out once you know where you are located in relation to the beach. There is always someone to ask. 20 mins to the gannel. Further 10-15 mins along coastal path or gannel if tide is out to Crantock beach :)
