Can adorne 27" Modular Track be attached to wall not to the cabinets? Or if cabinet screwed to the bottom (flat frameless cabinet) without penetrating all way through?

It is not possible for modular tracks to be attached on the wall, they are attached upward to bottom of cabinet. Going through cabinets is not too intrusive ...
