If you are waiting around for the right time to come around, maybe you can spend some time there while you wait.
Planning a visit in November - and hoping to see the Hopper pictures. Are there many there? Is the sketch for Nighthawks going to be on view next month?

There are a few Hoppers that are part of the permanent exhibits. So that shouldn’t be a problem. Not sure about the Nighyhawks. Perhaps check out the Whitney website.
