I can't get any answer from email or website contact form, so hoping this says get quick answers from Ensenada Shore Excursion staff that I will get that quick answer here. I booked an excursion and have not received any info since the form saying they received it. Have any past visitors had this problem with Ensenda Shore Excursions? Will I have as much trouble trying to get a refund if I have to cancel because I can't get a response from them?
