As a respite from touring Madrid, this park was a nice quiet reprieve from the museums and noise of the city. Originally designed for royals only, it was fun to know it’s available to all now. Full review by Coleen H

Lovely park in the heart of Madrid. A nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The best part is all the birbs hanging out around the fountains :D. Some fantastic restaurants close by. Full review by Peter K

Which entrance would you recommend that we take if we're coming by car? And is there parking available?
A:
I honestly cannot tell you about parking - we took a taxi from our hotel. There are several entrances from the Paseo del Prado side that will take you closer to the lake. Enjoy!
