The Australian Bragg Centre for Proton Therapy and Research is Australia's first proton therapy unit, providing an advanced form of radiation treatment to treat cancer and other tumours. Construction is now underway and practical completion is anticipated by late 2023 with the first patients expected to be treated approximately 18 months later.
