Trails are color coded, so are a bit more strenuous than others. Gentle paths along the river. Can be crowded in the picnic areas and along the river on the weekends.Full review by L7153NIsharona

No I would not. There are not many people there, so you would have it to yourselves. There was nothing there of particular uniqueness. There are lots of trees, crumbled no steps, rotted picnic tables, overgrown bushy stream, and dog walkers. I'd suggest you keep looking.
Are there still flat paths where you can bike ride in the park? We have 4 older couples looking for some off the road bike paths that are fairly level (not mountain bike riding). If there are, about how long (distance) thank you!

There are some flat paths but not very long. It's not an easy bike path park. More for experienced bikers.
