Jim Larranaga has stepped down as Miami's men's basketball coach, the school announced Thursday. Larranaga, who turned 75 in October, took over at Miami in 2011. In his 14 seasons at the helm, he led the Hurricanes to six NCAA tournaments and four Sweet 16 appearances -- including a Final Four run in 2023.

"I just didn't feel like I could successfully navigate this whole new world that I was dealing with," Larrañaga, 75, said.
