The Manhattan district attorney said Tuesday it would agree to postpone Donald Trump’s sentencing to give them time to litigate the President-elect’s expected motion to dismiss the hush money case.

Manhattan, New York, District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his team of prosecutors are vowing to oppose any effort to dismiss President-elect Donald Trump's "hush money" conviction and suggesting they could wait for sentencing until after his incoming presidency is over.

Judge Juan Merchan is expected to rule shortly on the Trump team’s motion to have the case dismissed given Trump’s election.
