An Arkansas man who died in prison more than two decades ago has been identified as a suspect in the disappearance of 6-year-old girl who went missing in 1995. Alma Police Chief Jeff Pointer on Tuesday said police have identified Billy Jack Lincks as a suspect in the abduction of Morgan Nick,

The case had remained cold for years, until Tuesday, Oct. 1, when Alma police announced at a press conference, reported by 5 News, KATV and KARK, that Billy Jack Lincks, a man who died in 2000, had been identified as a suspect after recently tested DNA linked his truck to the crime.

A strand of hair in a truck has led to new evidence in the Morgan Nick kidnapping case. Almost 25 years ago, on June 9, 1995, 6-year-old Morgan attended a Little League baseball game in Alma, Arkansas, with her mother, Colleen Nick.
