A lawsuit has officially been filed against Delta Air Lines following a fiery crash-landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Monday that injured 21 passengers.

Less than two days after Delta Air Lines offered $30,000 to each passenger on board the flight that crashed and flipped in Toronto on Monday afternoon, the company is facing its first two lawsuits in the incident — and they likely won't be the last.

On Wednesday, Delta announced they would offer a $30,000 payout to passengers of Endeavor Flight 4819, with “no strings attached” to compensate for Monday’s accident. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
