Community and family members of Jeanette Vizguerra, an undocumented Colorado immigration activist who was arrested by ICE on March 17, spoke Friday after a federal judge heard arguments that her First Amendment Rights were violated by ICE.
Jeanette Vizguerra is currently being held at the agency’s detention facility in Aurora, which is run by private contractor GEO Group.
She has been at the ICE facility in Aurora since Monday when she was detained by ICE at the Target where she worked.
