Tomas Rivas, charged in the fatal mass shooting at Young Park in Las Cruces, was granted a continuance by Judge Douglas R. Driggers March 26; a preliminary hearing is set for April 7.

Two more juvenile suspects in the Young Park shooting last week in Las Cruces are identified in new court documents obtained by KTSM. Three people were killed and 15 others were hurt in the shooting at Young Park in Las Cruces on March 21.

He was one of four people arrested in the Friday, March 21, mass shooting in the parking lot of Young Park, 850 S. Walnut St. in Las Cruces, New Mexico.Three people died and another 15 were injured. The deceased were identified by authorities as: Dominick Estrada, 19. His hometown has not yet been confirmed.
