Delphi defense cites errors in effort to vacate conviction
Attorneys representing Richard Allen — the Delphi man sentenced last month to 130 years for the 2017 deaths of teenagers Libby German and Abby Williams — now believe there are four alleged errors that could possibly overturn his guilty verdict.
