Finally, all 43 of the rhesus macaques have been found, according to the primate research facility in Yemassee, S.C., from which they fled in November.

Authorities in South Carolina said Friday the last four of 43 escaped monkeys have been recaptured after two months living in the woods, weathering a rare snowstorm and being temped back into captivity by peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

The monkeys' journey started on Nov. 6 when 43 rhesus macaques escaped from the Alpha Genesis facility in South Carolina.
