West Ham United are exploring the possibility of signing 29-year-old Portuguese striker Andre Silva from RB Leipzig.According to Sky Sports, the Hammers have initiated talks with the Bundesliga side

It’s abundantly clear that West Ham need a striker this January and Graham Potter has targeted RB Leipzig’s Andre Silva, however, if that deal falls through the Hammers have an interesting alternative.

With Steidten stepping away from recruitment, West Ham are keen to sign Silva and have lined up a potential alternative if they don’t get their hands on the Portuguese striker this month. West Ham will switch their attention to Ajax striker Brian Brobbey if a deal for Silva fails to materialise, Sky Sports reports.
