You can find the guards for the Family Drama quest in Assassin's Creed Shadows at the northern entrance to the Imperial Palace, south of Shokokuji Temple. We've marked the location on the map below:

“The Twisted Tree” is a quest in Assassin’s Creed Shadows that you’ll pick up in Yamashiro. It’s technically part of the lead-up to The Fool on the Shinbakufu Objectives board, but it gets its own assassination tracker once you start it.

After years of trending toward bombastic action, Shadows points toward a future where Assassin’s Creed continues to live up to its name — and hopefully creates scenarios to make players feel like the titular leads, rather than god-like warriors.
