A new housing development on the outskirts of Broward College’s Davie campus is expected to offer nearly 400 apartments.

The community—comprising of a series of five-story buildings—will be located on the east side of Broward College’s Davie campus, at the northwest corner of Davie Road and Southwest 37th Street.
