Former Buffalo police commissioner plans to retire after changes to the department, sources say
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Sources with direct knowledge have confirmed to 2 On Side's Nate Benson that former Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia has submitted his retirement paperwork with the department as of Tuesday morning. The retirement is expected to be finalized in the coming weeks.
