(Bloomberg) -- Walt Disney Co. agreed to merge its Hulu + Live TV streaming service with the online sports-focused company FuboTV Inc., creating the second-biggest digital pay-TV provider.

All Hulu packages except the "Live TV Only" plan provide you with access to Disney Plus and ESPN Plus at no extra charge. The only difference between the plans is which services have ads.
