Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna Beach was peaceful but crowded on Saturday amid spring break and a big police presence.

Crowds of high schoolers started making their way to New Smyrna Beach on Friday ... and patrolling both Flagler Avenue and the beach to ensure everyone is behaving.
