Once your posts are up and ready, drill in the metal eye hooks that will hold the twine in place if they're made of wood ... trellis if you have plants that wouldn't require such a large trellis.

If you have wood slats on hand ... your plants to weave through the structure, or, if it's large enough, use it to create a trellis archway to visually mark off the entrance to your garden ...
