TYLER, Texas — The Kilgore Bulldogs took on Mabank Tuesday night at the Herrington Patriot Center on the UT Tyler campus in the bi-district round of the boys’ high school basketball playoffs.

Freshman Honey Aldridge scored 17 of her team-high 20 points after the half as Mabank edged Kennedale, 54-51, in three overtimes, in a Class 4A Division I Region 2 Final at Mesquite Horn High School.
