Michael Vick, newly minted head coach at Norfolk State University, is headed to the College Football Hall of Fame.

Norfolk State University head coach Michael Vick has his first quarterback commitment as an HBCU coach- and its a former Alabama football star from the prep ranks. Earl Woods III, who started his career at Kennesaw State, has committed to Norfolk State University. He made his announcement via Twitter/X on Sunday.

The National Football Foundation announced Wednesday that Michael Vick will be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2025.

Two former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterbacks were announced as part of the College Football Hall of Fame Class of 2025 on Wednesday. Steelers quarterbacks Terry Hanratty and Michael Vick were both announced as part of the 18-man class that will be inducted during the National Football Foundation Awards Dinner in December.

It’s been a quarter of a century since Mike Vick has dressed out for Hokie football and taken the field. Vick helped to change the entire nature of the quarterback position in CFB. He came within a quarter of managing Virginia Tech’s first national championship and was drafted #1 as an underclassman.
