The 30-year-old man was arrested Friday in Detroit by members of the Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension Team.

Green is set to appear back in court on April 22 for a probable cause conference and April 29 for a preliminary examination.

Online court records show the 30-year-old man is charged with one count of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder in connection with the incident.
