Phillies pitcher Matt Strahm shared his opinion about the new torpedo bats that are popping up throughout baseball.

The Philadelphia Phillies have had a solid start to the 2025 season, going 3-1 and tying for first place in the NL East. While the torpedo bats have been the buzz around the league, Matt Strahm made it clear he's not a fan of the new bats.

The Brewers are set to watch a free-agent pitcher throw a bullpen for members of their scouting staff, principal owner Mark Attanasio indicated Wednesday afternoon. Attanasio did not mention a name of the pitcher, but did drop another hint while speaking at Carroll University: It was a client of mega-agent Scott Boras.
