To extract data using SQL from CSV files, you need to import or load the CSV file into a SQL database or a SQL-compatible tool, such as SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

From there, we will use the SQL Server Command Line Utility, sqlcmd, to extract CSV data from the two tables directly. The CSV files will then be converted into parquet files for uploading to Azure.
