This is supposed to be simple but I must be a bloody idiot.<BR><BR>How can I get the unicode value (e.g. 0xFFFD) of a given char?<BR><BR>By extension, how can I get the GB or Big-5 encoding?

In this project we convert unicode to Krutidev and then render the text using Kruti dev font. The rendering works for all Devanagiri fonts. The C# code was created from the python code at this link.
