The University of Kentucky announced the cancellation of classes Wednesday after an early morning two-hour delay, prompting crews to work throughout the day to clear sidewalks and streets.

"The University of Kentucky is the pinnacle of coaching in college basketball. It's the definition of blue-blood program where hanging a banner is the expectation every year," Pope said.
