Several Eastern Kentucky counties are under a flood advisory due to heavy rainfall Thursday and Friday, according to the National Weather Service.

MORGAN COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - A woman is accused of attacking her boyfriend with a knife. The arrest citation says it happened early Tuesday morning at a home on Lick Branch Road in Morgan County.
