The company that has purchased Big Lots has identified a list of locations that may likely remain open. In a bankruptcy court filing Monday, Gordon Brothers Retail Partners provided a list of 200 locations designated to be taken over by Variety Wholesalers.
As the chain navigates bankruptcy proceedings, the chain initially said all stores would close. The new buyer is pledging to keep some open.
