65-year-old Tony Anthony McKeithan, who also goes by the nicknames "Tiger" and "Tony the Tiger," is suspected of shooting 38-year-old Hatcher at approximately 10:20 a.m. in the 300 block of Gilmerton Avenue. Hatcher died on the scene once police arrived.

PORTSMOUTH — Police arrested a man they say is connected to a homicide that happened last week. On Sept. 24 around 10:20 a.m., police responded to a shooting in the 300 block of Gilmerton Avenue. Officers found 38-year-old Marvin Lamar Hatcher with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
