Marc Fogel, an American teacher detained for more than three years in Russia, was released from prison Tuesday in a prisoner exchange organized by President Donald Trump. Fogel's attorney Martin De Luca says the release was unprecedented and could open up peace negotiations to end the war in Ukraine.
