Prime Minister Narendra Modi, highlighted India’s achievement of lifting 250 million people out of poverty in the last decade and also affirmed support to Brazil’s initiative for global alliance against hunger and poverty.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met outgoing US President Joe Biden on the sidelines of the G20 Summit in Brazil and shared pictures of their meeting on his X account. The prime minister landed in Brazil for the summit in the second leg of his three-nation foreign visit. PM Modi is on a five-day visit to Nigeria, Brazil and Guyana from November 16-21.
