Russia and Ukraine have agreed to a ceasefire in the Black Sea, the White House has said – as Donald Trump pushes for a full truce over Vladimir Putin’s three-year invasion. The agreement comes after three days of intense parallel discussions between US officials and delegations from Ukraine and Russia,

Russia and Ukraine also agreed to "develop measures to implement the agreement to ban strikes against energy facilities in Russia and Ukraine," the White House said.
