Unicoi County Hospital is in Erwin, Tennessee, around 100 miles east of Knoxville and Pigeon Forge. The region saw intense flooding Friday as Tropical Storm Helene, downgraded from a hurricane, barreled through the Southeast, inflicting flooding and power outages across multiple states.

With the help of countless resources from across county and state lines, first responders in Unicoi County have been able to find a majority of the 33 people who were unaccounted for the afternoon of Sept. 28, Erwin Police Chief Regan Tilson told Knox News.

All YMCA of East Tennessee locations will be accepting donations in the coming days to be delivered to Unicoi County, one of the areas of Tennessee hit hardest by the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. All locations will be collecting donations of water,
