JACKSON, Miss. (WTVA) — Three people died in Mississippi because of mid-week storms. The deaths happened on Tuesday, March 5 when a line of severe weather moved through the entire state. Two deaths happened in Madison County — which is near Jackson. A tree fell on a vehicle on the Natchez Trace Parkway and a downed power line sparked a brush fire.
