Acura RSX will be an evolution of the Performance EV concept, built on the same dedicated platform that will underpin the Honda 0-series.

Acura is bringing back the RSX name, but not as a performance-oriented sport compact coupe. Instead, it's an all-electric crossover based on the Acura Performance EV Concept shown at Monterey last year.

The Acura will be the first EV built at the new Honda EV Hub in Ohio. The EV Hub is being created during retooling of the Marysville Auto Plant, the East Liberty Auto Plant and the Anna Engine Plant, meaning Honda and Acura will be able to build EVs, hybrids and ICE cars in Ohio.

Honda and Acura have laid out their plans for 2025, which includes updates of a host of the brand's respective lineups. In addition to the incoming Acura RSX EV, the Acura will be updating its Integra compact sedan,
