The BSD 500 microwave hyperthermia system is equipped with a 915 MHz power generator. The solid state generator has 8 channels (BSD 500-8) which can be independently adjusted in phase and amplitude.
The BSD-2000 provides deep regional therapeutic hyperthermia to solid tumors (primarily for cervical cancer) by applying radiofrequency (RF) energy at the frequency range of 75 to 120 MHz.
