Almost a year after his initial knee surgery Embiid said swelling is still an issue that keeps him from playing every game.

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid acknowledges he may have to undergo another surgery on the left knee that has bothered him the last year if it isn’t feeling any better by the end of the season.
