WESTERVILLE, Ohio — More than 130 employees under the parent company of Polaris Fashion Place will be permanently laid off starting this summer, according to a letter sent earlier this month.

The coming reductions in force are the latest in a series of workforce cuts within the Technology Transformation Services.
