The 2025 Mustang Mach-E still offers a choice between a 70-kWh Standard Range and a 91-kWh Extended Range battery, with either rear-wheel or all-wheel drive. The AWD models retain their dual-motor setup for extra grip and power.

The Ford Mustang Mach-E is getting on in years, but this all-electric SUV is withstanding the test of time surprisingly well. Newer rivals may offer faster DC charging rates or more range, but this Ford is still a respectable EV, one that’s getting even better for 2025 thanks to a range of small optimizations and other customer-facing improvements.

The most powerful Mustang Mach-E you can buy today is the GT model. It has a dual-motor powertrain and standard all-wheel drive, a setup that’s rated at a stout 480 horsepower and up to 700 pound-feet of torque with the optional performance upgrade.

The stock car has three motors and, like the unbranded demonstrator revealed last year, is built around the current NASCAR Next Gen chassis.
