If you already have passwords in a CSV file and want to import them into Chrome, you can easily do this in the Google Chrome browser.

If you don't know much about static type checking, I recommend sticking with "basic" type checking mode rather than enabling "strict" mode. I presume that you've set "python.analysis.typeCheckingMode" ...
